The Art of Packing

I’m 21 years old – 22 in a couple of months and I’ve only just realised that I’ve never packed a suitcase by myself. I’ve always had at least a little bit of help with everything I do and the below photograph is a visual representation as to why I need help with everything.

My tip of a suitcase

I have 2 days left – now a day and half actually – before I leave for London and I’m nowhere near ready. I’ve had my messy suitcase and the rest of my freshly washed clothes in front of me on the living room floor all day and I haven’t touched them. Instead I watched Bridget Jones and ate chocolate.

I don’t think it’s a bad thing that I’m spending my last 2 days at home being lazy as I’ve been busy all week celebrating my cousins amazing GCSE results, doing my washing at my sisters and shopping in Cheshire Oaks.

I also said my last goodbyes to my friend yesterday which was lovely. We went to The Viking in West Kirby which was lovely. If you ever plan to go there yourself, then please know that although the food was nice, the service was unbelievably slow. Honestly, the slowest service I’ve ever experienced. It was great to say farewell to the girls though until I see them again at Christmas.
